1. Login to your ROMWOD account.

2. On the bottom left corner of your dashboard, click on the SETTINGS icon

3. Once in your account settings, click on MY PLAN

4. Click Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page

5. Select how long you want to pause your account for

6.  After selecting how long you want your account paused for, click TAKE A BREAK

**Postponing your account DOES NOT cancel your subscription. Your account will not be billed while you are taking a break. Once the postponement period ends, the account will be charged.**
